your balance is short of the expected pay

the item will be relisted if you do not pay in 3 days

you request a transfer to your paypal account, but between bank and paypal, the transfer is expected to take 5 days

is there a way to pay right away without having to wait for any clearing dates, whatsoever?

there is an option that paypal offers, 'add a credit card', but is this the same as adding a debit card?

are there fees?

I hate waiting for the clearing dates, it's annoying. is there such a thing like instant e-checks or something?

seller only takes paypal. maybe I should of just double checked my balance and waited for the funds before bidding?

you have to have a bank account AND a credit (or debit) card attached to the account to pay instantly with non-cc.
