I have Win2KPro here at school. I have a secondary hard drive, formatted in NTFS, with extra files stored on it. I can take that home and plop it right into anther Win2KPro computer, right? I don't have anything encrypted.
so long as it's not encrypted yes you can just connect it to the other computer. For simplicity sake you might want to first ensure the privilages are something you can open on the other machine (i.e. Everyone-full control) so that you dont have to reset privilages once it's connected to the other machine.
