QUICK, need advice on mb!

Right now I have a soyo dragon lite kt-333.
Athlon xp2000+ with 1.5gig 266 DDR ram, gf5200 vid card.

Its my home theater pc. That's all.

It keeps crashing with all sorts of random errors, even after a fresh format and reload.

I've replaced my PS and ruled out the memory as bad.

Cooling is good and CPU and case temps are good.

Need a relatively cheap but stable MB to throw in there to replace this one.

Any suggestions. Looking for around the $50 range.

Check the FS/FT forum. Cheaper AMD XP boards go for about $30 - $40 shipped.

It can also be your RAM. What kind of errors?

Try running memtest86.

even though i had tested the ram using other methods, that program identified one of my chips as bad.

will pull it out and see how it goes.
