quick motherhelp needed!

i am buying a opteron 165 in a month and i was gonna get MSI neo 2-F
but all the stores that i buy my stuff from are sold out and dont even have it under selection anymore.

What other mobo would u guys suggest?
it has to be agp/ stable and able to oc quite a bit .

or any websites that i could order them
