Quick Morning Workout?

Anyone have any tips for a quick morning workout. Right now I'm just smacking the snooze alarm for about a half hour and I figure that time could be better spent. I'm thinking maybe a like a quick 15 minute workout to get the day going before I hop in the shower.
I'm in OK shape right now (do martial arts twice a week except when I am swamped with work and can't make it).
I wanted something easy (to make it easier to stay motivated). I'm thinking push ups and crunches, something like that. If i do like 50 push ups, 50 crunches and 50 JJs in the morning would that make a difference?
Any suggestions?

warmup: dynamic stretches ~5 minutes

then

As many burpees as possible in 10 minutes.

On the following day, try to beat the previous day's score.

I don't think I'm one to give advice but I've noticed when I do a nice short workout in the morning I'm way more awake and ready to take on the day as opposed to not doing so. That's probably just common sense but whatever it helps out for me.

Haha, Tabata's would be a good start to your day. Also, if you did those exercises in a row for time, it would benefit you much more than if you just did them at your leisure.

Good call, I forgot to mention that in my previous post. A warm-up is always important, but doubly so in the morning when it's likely your body temperature is low, you're joints are stiff, and so on.

You can do pull-ups on all sorts of every day items, install a commercial pull-up bar in a doorway, and make a DIY pull-up bar in a dozen different ways. It's a simple piece of equipment, so with a little effort/creativity, you can probably figure something out. Otherwise, start looking for places to do inverted rows or hang a set of rings.
