why are you buying ECC RAM? It will cause a performance degrade and is not worth it for regular PC's. Get the cheaper non-ECC RAM

Looks good, K7S5A is a great board, just because u are going w/ 1.4 get a 400W ps. One q, why are u getting Registered DDR? I'm not positive that it runs on K7S5A, anyone care to clarify? Otherwise great! Good luck

i have no idea what 'registered' and 'ecc' does for me, i assumed it was higher quality or something... yeah someone wanna clarify? (the psu is rated by amd for 1.4ghz...)

yeah i'm gonna get unbuffered non-parity ram then... total 79.81 inc tax now for the ram, instead of 95 something

didnt need 8 bucks worth of thermal compound :) this sk6 + fan is just as loud as the other one, moves a lil more air, and its 10 bucks cheaper
