Quick Launch Toolbar.. GRRRRRR!

For the love of God/gods, someone please tell me how I can get the Windows Quick Launch to show up in the bottom left of my Taskbar. I've read the documents at Microsoft about how I need to go down to Internet Explorer 4.0 to be able install Desktop Update, but the funny thing is, THEY DON'T CARRY IE 4.0 anymore to download! ARRRRGH. I actually Uninstalled IE 5.5 because I thought it would be a quick download of IE 4.0. I had to browse around the web using IE 2.0, HAHAHAHA. I was unable to Locate anywhere to download IE 4.0. I'm running WinNT4. If anyone can help, please do!

Thanks,

Tavis

right click on on the taskbar and click toolbars and then quick launch. make sure there is a check by it.

arod.. if it were that easy, I would be dumb.. sorry, no 🙂 Quick Launch is not installed on this system.

I had it on my 2k and lost it, and I couldn't figure out how to get it back (would get errors). Try X-Setup (google it easily), it might work for you, although I'm unsure with NT4. You could try.

Plenty of people, especially businesses. We have an NT 4.0 Pro machine running as a server here at work, and an NT 4.0 Server machine that is running SQL server.

Sad to say, no go trmiv. That install was for some other Opererating sytem 🙁 More help please 🙂 Btw, I'm still running WinNT 4 cause I'm at work ;-)
