Quick Launch bar missing the "show desktop" icon

can somebody please post the shell script for this? I know this is the 2nd time I asked, but i seem to mis place the file from last time, and the forum has removed the previous message.
 
Right click on the toolbar/taskbar (whatever they call it at bottom of screen) and go to "Toolbars" then click "Quick Launch".
