quick image resize / crop program

is there any program that will do quick resize of images? I am using photoshop atm but i think it is a little overkill. i'd like to be able to load a program up quickly and do a resize and, if possible a crop. Also "Save For Web" type feature. You know what would be the best? a right click -> save as widthxlength feature. That would totally kickass.

I use Irfanview and I think it's pretty good. I havent tried the ms powertoy thing though.

anytime you are doing something basic, script it. Or maybe I'm just lazy.

The powertoy is pretty easy/awesome. Context menus FTW.

Windows Powertoys are free, but any time somebody needs photo programs I always suggest ACDSee.
Its a great little image viewer and it has a butt-load of tools.
The basic version includes a photo editor that does a lot more than the programs built into Windows. (Paint Brush and Image Viewer.)

And its really freakin fast. All the programs work much quicker than anything else I've used.
PhotoShop and the other major apps are powerful, but they take a long time to start and suck up RAM.
