Quick HTML layout question!

Anybody seen those mp3 sites where it's nothing but links to a bunch of mp3's to download. It has a little icon on the left, music note or a folder icon, depending on the link. It also has the 'date' and 'last modified' on the right of every link. Anybody knows what program they use to make that layout??
