Quick HSF question

Just looking for the best HSF w/ a quiet fan and the clips to attach it to the mobo. (For an Athlon xp 2000+) I really dont like the screws system and am looking for a quality hsf that just uses the old clip styling.
If you could give some suggestions it would be appriciated.

The Thermaltake Volcano 7+ is pretty good... if you put the fan on the lowest setting it is decently quiet, like 24db, and it still keeps the processor cool enough.
 
another vote for the volcano 7+. selling at 29.99 at pcclub.com. you can get the price in their store as well if you order online for pickup.
