Quick, how do you make a line for a form in Word (XP)?

It's a form that you'd want an underline for a blank space for people to type an answer in but when someone types there, it won't move, separate, or otherwise affect the line.

But that makes an entire graphic with a graphics box. Isn't there a way like in WordPerfect, that you can just make a line?
