hi, i am putting together my new computer for the first time. I have a KT3 Ultra. I just found out it does not have USB2.0 support (DAMMIT) and no chipset fan. Do i need a chipsetfan????

No you don't need a chipset fan unless it has been removed by someone. If everything if un-altered then don't worry about it.
