QUICK! help me see boobz! can you retrieve pics in some cache from aol direct connection session?

My friend told me he was sent some uhm.....very personal digital cam pictures from a girl. It was sent through AOL DIRECT CONNECTION...u know where u can put pictures on the AIM window and stuff. He's running Windows 2000 professional. IS there any way to retrieve these pictures if he didnt manually save them... say in a cache somewhere??

My Documents\download\your user name

Its in one of two places.

1. My Documents folder -> username of AOL ---> in there.
2. Documents and Settings -->Username ---> somewhere in tehre.
