i'm trying to reinstall windows xp on my computer.. so i boot up with the xp cd.. and for some reason it lsits 3 partitiosn... (i have 2 hard drives i nthere), one partition is C:, and the other is D:, and then the other one is labeled "-:" and is 33mb... i select C: to install xp on that and then i press d to delete teh C: partition so that i can create the partition again and it'll format it.. but when i press d to delete the C: i get the following message:

Set is unable to perform the requested operation on the selected partition. This partition contains temopory setup files that are required to complete the installation

can anyone help please?

thanks
