quick hardrive question !

if i install a 200 gig hardrive in my computer what will it appear as in my os

180 ?

and what about a 250 gig harddrive ?

the is is 2-4 gb depending on what os

then for matted its like 1 gb under the "advertised" capacity

well my friend has a 250 gig hd and it appears as 232 gig hardrive
