Should it be "best trained" or "best-trained?"

It probably shouldn't even be in the passive voice anyway. Trained by who?

Maybe "Our team is the most knowledgeable in the industry" or some similar cheesy non-statement.

Well, in the original context it goes on to explain how we train our team.
