Quick GlobalWin CAK38 Question.

I have a GlobalWin CAK38 for a TBird 1.33 that I have yet to set up (have to RMA a motherboard and order a new one) and it came with the traditional 6800 RPM fan that we all know and love. What I was wondering is, how much would my performance be hit if I switched to a YS Tech or other similarly not-so-noisy fan? I'd appreciate info from those who are either very knowledgeable, have personal experience with the subject, or know of an article online where I can read about this. Heck, even if you want to take a guess, I'd like to hear what you have to say!

Ooh, I just had an idea. What if I were to install TWO YS Tech fans on the top instead of the one 6800? I can't remember that bit about sound from physics... Hmm... I know dB's are logarithmic, but are they additive like that? Anybody? 😕
