quick excel question: Is there a way to get the trend line equation froma set of data without actually plotting it?

I have fairly large data set and I want to find the slope and intercept of over 100 different series.

I know you can add a trend line to a chart but then I would have do it for each series. Is there a way to have excel return the equation(slope and intercept and R value) through a formula and copy that formula for all 100 series?
