Quick ECS rma question?

Im pretty sure my ECS K7S5A motherboard is dead. When I try to boot up I don't get any beeps, just spinning fans and nothing else. I tried swapping out all the cards and the ram but nothing.

I bought it at newegg on JAn 31st so I don't think I can return it to them. And on ECS's website it says "* ECS Warranty is offered to direct customers with valid ECS invoice only." Does this mean I can't RMA it because I bought it at newegg?

What are my options here?

Thanks for any help

ECS handles RMAs through their vendors...not directly. If you are inside the mfg warranty period then go ahead and ask Newegg for your RMA. I've done it a couple times with them several months down the road and they never give me any hassle...

It stopped working after I plugged a coax cable into my tv card. I didn't do anything purposely to fry it, board is under warranty.
