Quick Dual Monitor Question

So i just installed a 2nd monitor and whenever I open a firefox window...it default opens on the 2nd monitor...id rather it open on the 1st....is there a way to change this?

I dunno....maybe check the monitor layout under Display Properties --> Settings? It could be monitor #1 under this layout is what you are calling #2....shift them around and it should work.

drag it onto the first monitor then close it. the next time you open it it should open in the first monitor.
It will also tend to open in the same window as whatever spawned it. ie opens on top of my outlook when i click on an email link regardless of where it would open normally.
Apart from that maybe someone else can help.

Drag it to the desired monitor, arrange it as you would prefer and close it. Next time you open it, it should be in the last place you left it. That's how mine works without any special drivers or software loaded under WinXP.

Try it again. Sometimes it takes 2-3 tries on my computer.
