quick difference between ibm x30 and x40, centrino vs P3?

Hi all, could anyone enlighten me on the rough differences between the thinkpad X30 and X40? The store claims it's the same size, shape, they'll even throw in extra memory and wireless for $100 less than the X40.

But they say the X30 is 1Ghz P3 versus the X40 1Ghz centrino. Sorry I haven't kept up with the latest mobile processor figures -- should this be a deal killer?

Centrino is faster, lower power and includes wifi. Click the Mobile tab at the top of the page and go back a year or two.

x30 is old. I think this is third model year for the 40 series (40, 41, 42).
