Quick DDR2 memory question

I currently have (2) 1GB sticks of DDR2 533 memory. If I were to upgrade to an E6300, or X2 3800+..would this work..or would I have to sell it and buy ddr2 800?

also...could a 450w thermaltake powersupply (new 24pin) power a e6300 or x2 3800 okay? only other things I have are pci-e 6600gt, 160gb sata, and dvd burner

 
No need to sell the DDR2 533... the E6300 and every other E6xx use DDR2 533 for stock speeds. Same goes for the X2.

And the PSU should be fine.
