I know ?? is in there.

What's the structure of the sentence? I know that Chinese is reversed in the sense that if something is 30% off, the Chinese sentence has "70%" in it.

ex. The TV is 30% off.

Dianshi zai da chishi zhe?

How would you say something is 3% off then?

""9-7?"... although its more common to get 5% off, thus ""9-5?"

Woah, that's kinda weird. Why use nine specifically? Care to explain why that is?

This TV is 30% off.

Zhege dianshi da qi zhe.

This TV is 2% off.

Zhege dianshi da jiu-ba zhe.

Is the above correct?

If it was 50% off, could you say

Zhege dianshi da ban zhe.

i used 9-5 because it means 95%

and you are correct in the 30% off and 2% off example. i'd say 5-zhe for 50% off.

Not really. It would be : "Zhe ge dian shi ji you mei you kou san sze ba sen" (purposely romanized / butchered pin yin so that you'll be able to pronounce it better)
