Quick BGA memory chip question

Megatomic

Lifer
Here are the markings on one of the BGA memory chips on my new Radeon 9600 Pro:

Samsung 313
K4D26323RA-GC2A

What is the speed of this chip? I can't decipher this one... And what is the top speed in MHz that it is rated to run at? Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the reply squidman. Let me ask you this: you indicated that the chip doesn't look like it belongs on my card. Is that because it is too slow or too fast? Be as specific as you can. Thanks.

Excellent. The RV350 core overclocks like crazy and now I learn that the memory is rated for much faster than what it currently runs at. I have some big plans for this card. 😎
