quick best buy return policy question

if i buy a laptop and it has one dead pixel, can i return it as defective and not get charged a restocking fee? anyone have ideas?

It depends on the best buy. Per best buy policy, there either has to be a total of 5 dead pixes, or 3 in a close cluster.

actually, i hadnt thought of exchanging. exchanging would work? what happens if they dont have any to exchange?

straight return with no reason = 15%
no exchange for same, then you'll prolly be ok
