Quick Antec PSU question

I have an antec truepower 550 "ATX12V" (vs. the newer "EPS12V") i got about 7 months ago and never got around to using it. Will this still work OK with newer A64 and intel chipsets? If it will, do i need anything else for it to work properly? Thanks

should be fine as long as you didn't keep it in a dusty, wet, hot, or damp place

Of course it will work if stored properly, even if the new board takes a 24-pin main connector and/or you have a video card with a 6-pin PCIe plug. You can use adapters for those.
