ok, so you can NOT say "Coke cans" because not all cans are red.
and i'm still debating whether or not to allow Strawberries ( they are green when they start growing)

GO!!!

ACCEPTED LIST SO FAR: 2 more to go!

oxygenated blood
EDIT: cherry w/o stem
---->the batphone !NOT ACCEPTED
hawiian punch
---->elmo !NOT ACCEPTED
---->ketchup !various colors for kids
tomato sauce
---->hot sauce !green chile
Superman Cape
Ruby stone
left lense of 3-D glasses
tomato w/o stem
650nm (wavelengh of red in color spectrum)

Concerns notified to me:
Tomato sauce - NO. Green Tomato != Red
Hawaiian punch - NO. Various punch flavors.
Cherry w/o stem - NO. Cherries are deep purple to maroon in color.

Target's Bulls-eye (logo) - Always red.
Big Red (drink) - Red, obviously.

You know a ruby can be a color other than red, but then it's called a sapphire.

The "sun"? on the Japanese flag, whatever that big red (I'm not even 100% sure it's red) dot represents. Or the red on the US flag.

Superman's cape has yellow on it too, if it's going to be considered from the same critically technical standpoint as some of the others items that are on the fence.

How about the red carpet, haven't ever seen blue or...magenta carpet at movie debuts or award ceremonies.

"Left lens of 3D glasses" is NOT acceptable.
There are 3D glasses out there with sunglass-like lenses.

However, to be more specific, Left lens of a red-cyan 3D glasses is fine.

Since you mentioned Superman's cape as being exclusively red, I'm going to throw in some other comic characters;
Rocket Reds: a soviet brigade of armored soldiers who use, you guessed it, armor painted red
Cyclops' ruby quartz visor/sun glasse
Daredevil's costume

You should have made clear no corporate logos allowed or anything that has the word "red" in its name.

And one more thing... Japanese post mailboxes.

Edit: make that one more, the etch-a-sketch frame!

Edit2: This is addictive - Inside of a matador's cape

"I believe you have my stapler."

I can't believe nobody has mentioned Milton's stapler
