Quick and easy browser question

Is there a command I can put in the target for my IE icon so my window is auto-maximized? I hate having to manually make it max'ed.

I think that the Shortcut Properties of any executable allow it to be automatically maximized or minimized.

No, I just expect Windows to be fully customized like the other OS's I use and its hard not having options for everything I want to happen
