QUICK ? about dual monitors diff from my other 1--- about start menu + taskbar

Hey...i got geforce 4 ti4200 video card.....w/ windows xp

i want to have dual monitor support but for some reason my abit siluro card doesnt have that option and yes i have newest drivers (if sum1 nos how to get thsi option to appear plz tell me)....so instead i enabled extend my desktop onto second screen...so now i have my main screen i do most my stuff on and then i can open, for example, kazaa and drag it to the second monitor and just keep that there....however it would be nice if the second monitor had a taskbar, and icons....but it doesnt....please keep in mind this is NOT horizontal mode...my taskbar starts AND ends on my first monitor....then on my second monitor its just a backround with nothing else and i can drag programs there if i want.......so plz help me thanks
 
no b/c my nview does not work like i said there is no third "dualview" option...this is my main ? on hwo to fix
