Regular maintenance and I'd want to know condition of softtop. THat is the worst thing to chance on that car although you don't get dirty.

Check for water damage/leaks, rust underneath the car...

electronics should all work (there isn't much on to begin with)

I think if you buy a modded one from a responsible owner youll find better deals as the wear and tear stuff is replaced with better sportier components.
