I've been thinking about moving to a SFF case. I had a couple of questions, are there any SFF that lets me use 2 5.25" drives? Are there any SFF that has enough bays to use 2 3.5" HDs? Will my 9800Pro work with the smaller power supply?

I have another question, I was checking out Newegg for the Sotek SFF, and it says that there are two (1 external and 1 internal) 3.5" bays. Is it possible to mount a HD in the 3.5" bay that was meant for a FD?

Yes, just leave the drive bay cover on.
 
I just remembered that I have a VGA Silencer on my 9800 Pro. Is that going to fit in a Soltek 3702 if the PCI slot is empty?
