Questions re sleeving and CCFL lighting

I just ordered some UV trimmings for my system from XOXIDE:

* UV Blue molex kit
* UV Blue sleeving kit
* UV CCFL 12"


Questions:

1. Got any sleeving tips? Where can I find some good FAQ's or guides on the topic?

2. How will it look if I run one blue CCFL (bottom) and one UV CCFL (top) Has anyone done this before?

3. Where can I find a good assortment of UV fan grilles?

if you make it to bright in your case w/ non-UV CCFL's, the UV effect will be defeated.
