Can't you use some sort of concrete blocks instead of a one thick concrete slab? Just make sure you put enough to prevent your shed floor from sinking or breaking.

You can't beat a slab. It's easy to put in. Cheap. Will outlast the shed. Can easily be built on. Can withstand a lot of weight sitting on it. Can easily be sealed up from critters. Ect.

It's just the way to go if you can get a truck in to pour it for you.
