Pff I can't even get mine to work with the USB cable...I installed the drivers and the comp recognizes the phone when it's connected but I can't do anything (transfer pics or whatever). I just gave up...it's only a phone.

motorola phone tools. get it off of ebay for like $10 or something.

motorola.com sells it for $50, so don't bother.

It's a pain to get the phone to transfer anything when hooked up to a computer, in my experience. Just keep trying, and make sure you are using Motorola's phone tools.

I remember when I first got my Moto T720i years ago. It took me a LONG time to hook it up to transfer files.

Now, I got my Sony W810i. I plug it in with the included usb, And 2 drives come up, 1 for the phone, and 1 for the Memory Stick (no software!). I think phones are one place Sony doesn't do any evil. It also has 1 of the best cameras available! (2.0 mp, AUTOFOCUS (without this camera's are useless)
