No problems in terms of compatibility, and all the components are decent quality.

Would prefer a Z68 motherboard, Asrock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 is the best bang for buck.

An 800W PSU is overkill for one 6950, but makes sense if you're planning to crossfire and overclock two 6950's. The GS800 is a bit overpriced though. Modular 80+ silver XFX 750W XXX can be had for $85 after rebate. OCZ ZT750 for $90 after promo and rebate is a decent choice too.

I agree with lehtv about them mobo. If you are not going to be going CFX (which you probably will never do), then I'd get the XFX 650W for $60 AR
