I'm fed up of the inferior drivers/software for my ATI TV wonder in my AMD system (Big Bertha Rig) under WinXP and I'm thinking of replacing it with the Leadtek WinFast TV 2000 XP PCI. I've heard that it works great with WinXP. Is this true? Also with the current setup (GF3 TI 200 AGP primary GPU with ATI Radeon 7000 PCI secondary GPU and ATI TV wonder) I can drag/display the TV on secondary monitor. Will I be able to do this with the Leadtek WinFast TV 2000 XP?
Now, in my other P III 728 MHz (with 640 MB RAM and WinME) comp (Alpha Rig) I have the ATI All-In-Wonder 128 32 MB PCI set as primary GPU in Bios and Nvidia Riva TNT 2 AGP 32 MB model 64 pro as secondary GPU. This comp is used mainly for TV watching (don't really cature anything) internet browsing and my son plays games. I was thinking of taking the ATI TV wonder from my AMD system and putting it in the P III system and taking out the ATI All-In-Wonder 128 32 MB PCI, would the TV tunning be as good with the ATI TV wonder as the ATI All-In-Wonder 128 32 MB PCI?
Also wondering would I get better performance for game playing if I used the Nvidia Riva TNT 2 AGP 32 MB model 64 pro as my primary GPU instead of the ATI All-In-Wonder 128 32 MB PCI? As it is now the game my son plays most on the P III 728 MHz (with 640 MB RAM)system is MOHAA and it is not very smooth, very choppy. Is it because of the PIII CPU or the ATI All-In-Wonder 128 32 MB PCI?
Thanks in advance for your replies.
