After too long reseach I learned OC but I have some Questions
I know for stability test I shoud use use Prime95/SuperPI 32/OCCT/Memtest86+/3DMark 2001 SE and other
but how?
1.How to use OCCT (test or torture) and How long?
2.Which test in Prime95 is best for Stability test? (Torture test or benchmark if Torture test which option? Small FFTs ,In-Place large FFT ,Blend or Custom?) and How long? 8h 12h 24h 32h or more? if error occur in 12th hour system is Stable or not?!
3.How to use Super PI? and how long? overnight? select which digit of PI 16K or ... 32M?
4.How to use Memtest86+ I write it to bootable CD and it runs but How long I should test my system and which tests?
5.whats the Max safe voltage for My Ballistix PC3200? 3v is Safe for lifetime?

Finnally I see DFI Bios have advanced memory timings I have Crucial Ballistix PC3200 2-2-2-6 2.8v @ DDR480 2.5-2-2-6 2.75v
which the best setting for me? (settings = trc , trfc , trrd , twr , twtr , trtw , tref , twcl , DRAM Bank Interleave enable or disable , DRAM Drive Strength , DRAM Data Drive Strength , Max Async Latency , Read Preamble Time , Idle Cycle Limit , Dynamic Counter , R/W Queue Bypass , Bypass Max , 32 Byte Granulation )

any guide help me
Tanx from anyone that help me

1. Use test, but make sure priority is set to very high.
2. Use Blend, for about 2 hours, or as long as 24 hours. If anytime there's an error, uh oh.
3. Super PI is can be used for benchmarks, which is the 1M test, or the long test of 32m,.
4. Memtest86 has a windows version, so you don't really need to use a bootable cd.
5. As much as your manufacturer supports, but Ballistix should require more than 2.9v.

For trc, trfc, trrd, trw, etc. Set eveything on auto, or default. Dram drive strength and dram data drive strength should only be used if it is not stable. Which, you would first lower the data drive to 2, and then the dram drive to 6.

The Windows version of Memtest cannot test ALL sections of the RAM because a small amount must be locked to run windows. The most accurate method is to run Memtest outside of Windows.
