questions about P2P

just a concern w/ file sharing. everyone has heard of the many people getting busted. MOST people use programs like kazaa . . . but what about if you use emule, dc++, or torrents? i have not yet heard of people getting busted using these, b ut i am curious of the extent of the risk. any insight?

Recently I heard somewere that a big portion of the people suposedly geting busted was stuff made up by the RIAA itself to scare people into not sharing anymore. Not exactly sure if this is True but its possible expicaily since the greedy taktics they resort to.
