First of all let me say thsi: I in no way intent to or am ivolved in any illegal activities of trying to steal cable or anything like that, but I just have a few questions for some research that I am doing.
1) If you get standard cable (the cheapest kind), is it true that if you hook up a cable descrambler, it will unscramber all the channels?
2) What are the conditions?
3) Can the cable company figure this out?
4) What are the specifics for Time Warner, if anybody knows?
