Questions about CPU Coolers

So, I was wondering if anyone had advice on which is the better C2D CPU cooler, and what the pro's and con's of both are...

>>>The well-liked Tuniq Tower (link) seems like a good one, although a bit expensive. Also, does anyone know what the deal is with the fan controller? It seems a little strange to have a knob that goes on the back of the computer, and no way to adjust speed using the BIOS or whatever...

>>>The Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro. (link) It is cheaper and smaller, but also has a smaller fan so most likely slightly diminished cooling. It's fan is supposed to be quiet and I believe the fan is made so that it automatically changes speed according to CPU temp. (Is this right?)

Anyway, I'd really appreciate any help when choosing between these two. Although I know the Tuniq Tower is very popular just for pure performance, Please take into account price, size, and noise level. I will be overclocking, but not to any extreme levels...
Thanks!

The arctic freezer pro should work fine. I use the standard Intel heatsink for warranty, and turn down the rpms to about 2500-3000 using a zalman "fanmate 2" rpm adjuster, which costs about $7 at Fry's and works with any 3 pin fan connector on your board.
