Wanting to run a few case fans to a wall socket. 80mm and maybe a 120mm. what's the easiest/best way to go about this?

Any 12V AC adapter will work (assuming it can put out a couple of amps). You'll just need to hack up some cables.
how can i tell how many fans(hopefully 2 80mm fans will run on one plug) will work with the ac adapter?
1. make sure the adapter says 12V DC OUT
2. add up the currents on the fans. i.e. you have 1 fan that says 12V 0.6A and another that says 12V 750mA, you will need at the least an adapter that says 12V 1350mA or 12V 1.35A.
3. match the polarities, all the +'s together, all the -'s together.
Just want to clarify, PottedMeat is saying that you want to wire the fans in parallel so that the same voltage is applied to each fan.
