Questions about ASUS A7V8X and compatibility

I have been out of the hardware game for a year or so, and I am kinda out of the loop on this board.

Here is my current setup (minus the motherboard, that is what I'm in the market for) - Will all of these work on the A7V8X?

Athlon T-Bird 1.4 w/266 FSB
Leadtek GeForce 3 Ti500
Soundblaster Live! MP3
Mushkin 512MB PC2100 DDR RAM (2 Dimms of 256)
Maxtor Diamondmax 40GB ATA 100 Hard Drive
Netgear FA312 NIC
Creative Labs 56k modem
Win XP Professional

Well, It was primarily my memory (PC2100 DDR) and my hard drive (IDE) that I was concerned about. I was looking at pics of the A7V8X and I saw that it still has the regular IDE channels as well as the new serial ATA connectors. I thought it only had serial ATA.

Also - my GF3 Ti500 - it will only work with 4X APG, right? Only some of the newer cards utilize 8X AGP, correct?
