What does increase/decrease in AGP voltage do to the video card?
When overclocking the whole system via FSB, will it stablize the system more with increase in AGP voltage?

1) Nothing really. Won't help the vid card overclock.

2) It can. It will only help if the AGP bus is where the instability is caused.
