Do ugly people know that they are ugly?

This is not intended to be a joke in anyway. I am serious about this because it seems to me that everyone thinks that he or she is good looking.

What do you guys think? Is it self-confident. What is it?

Some do. The worst ones are the ones that think they are gods gift and try to flaunt their looks.

I would say that 80% of people are truthful to themselves about their physical appearance.

Now the percentage of people that know they are morons.....now that is low.

But of course I am expecting people that are morons to have some kind of self-enlightenment to realize it, thats really deep.

My brother-in-law's wife is FUGLY----and thinks she's the hottest thing walking. You should see some of the clothes she wears. Disgusting.

I think most people focus on their strong points. Like "Hey I may weigh 400lbs. but I have nice eyes." I mean, it may be hard to live with being truely unatractive, and so people don't think about it.

i think it all has to do with self-confidence. i've seen a lot of &quot;ugly&quot; people thinking they're the hottest things on earth, and some of the most &quot;beautiful&quot; people thinking that they're unattractive. it only adds fuel to the fire, when enough people give compliments or just the opposite.

What you see is them probably trying to over-compensate for the fact that they are looked down upon. How do you think it makes a person feel when they know they are &quot;ugly&quot; and everybody focuses on looks? They're just trying to make themselves feel better most likely...
