is there any website that reviews heat sinks by how much thermal heat it can dissipate per min, i would think that would be the most ideal, they can give how much cfm the fan moves, or how load it is, and what it says it can keep that certain cpu cool. Well if anyone knows any sites that do have something similar to that, please post
 
It's done in ºC/w (how many ºC it will raise above the given ambient temperature per watt produced), and watts are already a unit of measure for time. It's not perfect, and depends on quite a few factors (not the least of which being the fan used), but if done with a die simulator and consistent ambient temp for all tests, you end up with a pretty accurate comparison.
