sure, it might be more humane than they deserve...but not all executions go flawlessly. I think that if they really deserve, the method of execution would be botched by fate :p

McVeigh got a last little stab to the govt by proving they withhold information.
Hes going to die, hes doing what he wants you to do, question the govt.

Humane? Is it even our place to decide to kill someone. I for one find the death penalty to be one of the least civilized aspects of our society.
