I'm getting to the point where I'm starting to run anywhere from 1 to 2 miles a day (have been for about a week now) and I don't know a whole lot about it, I'm probably one of the laziest people you'll ever meet
But I remember talking to this girl who graduated high school last year one time(almost made state champion in cross country), one of my friends asked her if she'd ever tried Bawls and she said no, and asked if it was a carbonated or not. He told her it was and she said she couldn't drink it. It seems like I remember someone else saying something like this, but are carbonated drinks not good to drink if you run? I know they're probably not good for you in general but I'm just curious.. I know you should drink lots of water and probably Gatorade or Powerade (right?
) but should I stop drinking carbonated drinks altogether?
