NEC Multisync 1550X LCD monitor - Native Res: 1024x768

Errr, I don't think he's gonna get much out of 1600x1200 with 4x AA and 16-tap AF.

If you're looking at a better card, you're gonna need a new monitor first. Again, unless you are having frame rate issues at 1024x768 with max details, you're better off holding onto your money. If spending $400 for less jaggies is worth it for you, then go for it, but I doubt you'll notice much difference until you upgrade to a larger monitor.
