Question Regarding Rebooting Server

hello -

I have a DELL PowerEdge that I'm using as my main home PC for now. Is it safe to treat this server similar to a desktop, i.e., is it okay for me to shut it down and turn it on multiple times throughout the day? its running vista 64 :-(

actually, it's surprising quiet. it's barely noticeable. ;-)

Actually, with maybe a few specific exceptions, rebooting servers is fine. Can be silly, but fine. reboot all you like.
